  1. 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  2. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  3. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  4. 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  5. 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  6. 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  1. In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream.
  1. This is a great sauce for a standing rib roast or prime rib.
